We’re an innovative specialist business services and facilities maintenance company based in Airdrie. Operating across Scotland, we tailor our services to the needs of our clients and take pride in the bespoke, friendly, efficient service we offer our growing customer base.
Founded in 2010, we have grown our client base across the country. We look after multiple sites for many of our clients, and work with several global commercial real estate companies. As a result, we have developed our operations to enable us to provide quality, reliable facilities maintenance support wherever it is needed.

The personal touch

We’re committed to the personal touch in business. We don’t hide behind faceless systems and processes. When you call us, you’ll speak to a member of our team rather than getting stuck in call centre queues. And our senior management team are always available if you need to speak to them. We take the time to get to know you and your business so that we can support you as effectively as we can.

Award winning service

Our achievements have already gained recognition. Thanks to our reputation for excellent customer service and the quality of our work, we were the delighted winners of the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust Regional Business of the Year Award in 2011. Our growing team are also award winners, with Callum Johnston winning an outstanding achievement award when he completed his apprenticeship with Glasgow Kelvin College in 2016.

Our commitment to quality is ongoing. We’re members of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA),the UK’s leading trade organisation for building engineering services contractors. As part of our membership, our overall competence and approach to health and safety are regularly assessed to ensure we meet industry standards.
And we’re always looking for ways to improve our operations, systems and the skills of our team. Which is why, when you are a client of ours, we’ll always ask how well we are doing and look for suggestions to improve the service we provide. For us, your building is always our priority.

From Proactive Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts to reactive repairs and a 24/7 emergency call-out service, we’ll provide the level of support you are looking for. Our qualified, experienced engineers operate across Scotland and are supported by a dedicated team based in our Head Office in Airdrie.
