FANTASTIC FIFTEEN – MGB SERVICES WIN BUMPER CROP OF NEW CONTRACTS

The winter of 2016 is going to busy for MGB Services. We have secured a fantastic fifteen new, three-year mechanical and electrical contracts, all starting in November.

G1 Building

The contracts range in size, scale and location. However, the G1 Building in George Square, Glasgow, stands out as one of the most prestigious contracts we have won recently. This exceptional, Grade A listed building is the former home of the General Post Office and now provides 130,000ft of luxury office space across nine floors. With a prime location in Glasgow’s cultural and commercial heart, its features include a dramatic triple-height entrance that leads to a sophisticated reception hall designed in Bavarian limestone. Six high-speed lifts give access to the nine floors above that provide flexible, open-plan office space.

Cushman & Wakefield LLP

Another prestigious contract we have been awarded is for the maintenance of the Cushman & Wakefield LLP corporate offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Cushman & Wakefield are a leading global real estate services firm with offices across the UK. Our three-year mechanical and electrical maintenance contract with them reflects our ambition to be Scotland’s leading commercial maintenance contractor.

MGB Services
